I guess I should mention. In 2001 I was headed for the Grave. I weighed 400 pounds plus. Not sure exactly as I had quit using a scale at 350 and up. Since that time I have lost 167 pounds, Or one average size person.

Let me try to put it in perspective. Milk weighs 8 pounds a gallon. So Imagine walking around with 20 gallons of milk tied around your neck and hanging in front of you resting on your stomach. I carried almost all of my extra fat on and around my bellly.

For more than 10 years. Then imagine it all being gone. Half of it in 5 months !!!!!
